If I were Biden, I'd go scorched Earth. Tell them you're not gonna step aside and then refuse to accept whatever little donations he has coming in. Fire his entire campaign staff. Don't buy a single ad or do any campaign stops. Just stay in his bunker and force them to watch while he tears down the whole thing.
