That gif of "the wolf or wall street" is quite appropriate. The film was made by money embezzled from the Malaysian govt retirement fund by the infamous Jho Low.
DiCaprio had to forfeit two art objects valued at over 10 mil Low gave him, to the feds. He also had to forfeit a statue Low gave him. The oscar statue that Marlon Brando won for On the Waterfront.
Given the fact it is a movie about ripping off people, funded by money ripped off, a nice depictation of our ole boy's career.

In order for the DNC to skip delegates voting on a nominee and appoint the nominee themselves Biden has to stay in until the Convention.
