It certainly could be this, but he’s usually such a smarmy a-hole where he will say something like that and then cut them off and try to make fun of them.
Either way it’s encouraging because I’m even if he didn’t believe her, he asked the question and then allowed her room to answer/respond in full.

I honestly don’t think he realized this. Here is my question for you. Since we subsidize the insurance companies into the billions since Covid why are the rates going through the roof. Nobody is talking about taking away their subsidies just working poor people.

I don’t give a damned whether someone is a R or D, all I care about is their voting record. Stop letting parties determine how you vote, and stop funding them.
