Vanguard just cracked—$29.5M settlement with Texas AG Paxton & red states. They ADMIT the 'climate cartel' with BlackRock & State Street rigged coal markets via ESG proxy votes to choke U.S. fossil fuels. Coal crushed ? energy prices spiked ? you pay.

Secret spilled: These Wall Street giants weren't 'passive' index holders. They formed a shadow cartel, weaponized YOUR retirement money for Davos green religion, starved coal production, jacked electricity bills—all while pretending it's 'sustainability.'

Vanguard folds first: proxy voting to investors, no more ESG arm-twisting, passivity promises. BlackRock & State Street next? The dominoes are falling.

This ain't virtue. It's market manipulation by trillion-dollar tyrants. Canada watches while Carney pushes the same net-zero scam here—blackouts coming, your bills exploding.

Gotta love these AI written posts. The Big Three - Vanguard, BlackRock, and State Street - have $15-20 TRILLION in assets under management. There is no world where a $30 million dollar fine could even be considered a punishment, let alone a “reckoning”. To put it in perspective, if you made $150,000 a year, the equivalent fine would be about $1

This should be plastered all over every news channel in America!
These criminals helped cause the closing of hundreds of coal burning power plants, costing thousands of men and women lifelong careers, crippling communities by killing their tax base, costing the American taxpayers billions of dollars for sorry @#s Chinese wind and solar equipment and endangering national security by destabilizing the power grid. Some of these folks deserve prison time.

This, any fine of any amount would equate to a tip we'd leave at a fast food joint. Prison time, lots of it to a lot of people.

Blackrock has both sides of Congress bought and paid for.....
ANYTHING they are penalized or have to pay will be a fortune to you or me....., but a nothing burger to their balance sheets.

A class action suit might change things...or maybe Trumps 13818-EO will effect those in charge?...that's pretty serious corruption.

Unfortunately they are above the law. A tiny fine and they continue on.

Maybe, just maybe a huge class action, I mean HUGE, could end this type behavior for good.

I don’t think Vanguard gives a shite about $29.5 mil.

These large investment firms simply do what their biggest customers tell them to do. That’s the public sector retirement plans. The biggest of which are NY and Cali teachers unions.

Probably right

But this isn't about the payout, rather the admission.

If they manipulated the market, they could be in real trouble.

It’s a rounding error at best for them.

Even though it wouldn't be shite for them to pay for that. They still won't have too.

I respect your hope, but... Ive lost most of mine. Even Trump, with the backing of the vast majority of American voters is running into road blocks and dead ends.

Big money controls our government and judicial system.
Nothing less than a cataclysmic burning of the system will change this. IMHO

I wonder what theirs and others connection to Jane Street is. That is the current HUGE thing breaking X.

Apparently, it is bigger than the FTX scandal and both SBF and his ex-girlfriend the Alledin chick got their start at Jane Street. A bunch of crooked MIT nerds.
