Well, you might be right, but this is Congressional business wheater to do it successfully or not. IMO they have to put full court press on this Judge for impeachment, lest the liberal judiciary will ride wild on much of what POTUS chooses to do, so, everyone plan to get on the phone to your Congressman and press them to support impeachjment, it will send the needed message to other liberal bule state judges to butt out of the plenary powers of POTUS

I made the comment a while back and was downvoted into oblivion lol, IDC...the facts remain. Trump is not going to "win" with a head on attack on the corrupt judges. SCOTUS CJ has already called out the call to impeach. The judicial branch believes they are above the other two "co-equal" branches. Congress is too weak to impeach. Until Trump can figure out how to flank these judges there will not be a lot that can be done. Still have not seen one MAGA protest against the judges. Trump has walked into a trap.

2. Daughter getting adversely affected by trump
3. FISA bad
4. Bad ruling with no constitutional basis
He has abdicated his judicial responsibility- let him defend that in the senate
