Sounds more like a case of the tally has 6 boxes of ballots but the storage room only has 5 boxes. A prelude to a recount in a strong red area resulting in fewer votes for Lake? Think in more devious ways to understand what they do.

They can try to get the state of Arizona Secretary of State involved to look for fraud. I'm sure that would help.
