We do not know that. Read the link. What little we know indicates some of those included have flimsy, if any, evidence to make the allegations.
Now the Trump admin is arguing any further inquiry is "national security"
See the issue?

The admin is certainly trying to act without any oversight or review.

If we have no judicial oversight/recourse, what happens when a citizen is labeled a "terrorist" and then put on a plane in the middle of the night and shipped off to a Central American jail? Do they just have to grin and bear it?

I'm not an attorney, but it seems like the fundamental question of this case is a president's authority via the "Alien enemies act", which has been upheld by the courts, including the USSC. From what I've read, the USSC has been reluctant to insert the judiciary into a "political" presidential decision on whether the invocation and enforcement of that act is appropriate.
If a plaintiff wants to change or invalidate actions taken under the auspices of the alien enemies act, it seems like their recourse is to challenge the act itself and proceed through the system to get a new ruling from the USSC. Giving plaintiffs injunctive relief would essentially neuter the alien enemy act and render it useless.

Well there should be lots of arguing against normal procedures that take up to 14 years to process dueily

Seems to me they can't scratch their arse without some authoratarion stooge appellate judge reviewing what their fingers smell like.

Seems like the prior administration did the same
When?
This is how they win guys.
When Biden was in power, you didnt have lawsuits filed every single day regarding anything he did, although he did basically nothing.
Because the Republicans dont use this tactic 24/7 when democrats are in charge it makes the Republicans look like they are trying to avoid oversight when they take power back and try to do exactly what they have been tasked with by the American people.
If this is the game, and it seems to be the game, then the Republicans need to start doing the exact same thing.
Holding yourself to a higher standard only works for so long before things require action.

I didn’t realize that “co-equal” meant one must submit to oversight and review by the other. But you’re a retarded leftist lawyer so of course you side with left wing opinions

Unless you’re counseling about matters involving alimony payments or child custody rights, please shut up.

That can be addressed when it happens, this was clearly a different scenario.

Nothing left wing about supporting smaller government, friend.

If there is no review possible, it cannot.

Just last night, Trump said they would work all of these cases through the appeals process.
The DOJ's response to the Judge is based on what they believe is lawful.
You act like you are for limited government, yet you are here arguing for more "oversight or review."
I hope this gets expedited up the chain of courts so that the Executive Branch can proceed with their business without the constant meddling.

Nobody is arguing against normal deportation procedures and due process.
Great point! And the same could be said about the Doge finding waste and fraud.
Let's just use the standard cost cutting that drags on and on, over mid-terms, and accomplishes nothing.
Let's keep doing what never works.
This could be the Swamp's motto!

oh for Pete's sake - this is the most astoundingly simple-minded response I have seen on this site in many moons - and being from YOU makes it all the more bewildering.
you are slipping.

You are such a putz lol I work with some of the smartest people on the planet in neurology and hematology. They routinely discuss health issues they don’t have answers for and readily admit it in discussions with other staff. These are people who were trained for nearly 15 years, you however took classes that history majors take for pre law. It’s comical how intelligent you believe you are and never admit the infallibility of judges and lawyers who are no more intelligent than an average business major
