Explain to me how that strategy makes sense.
What he is saying is that they cheated in areas where the courts, councils, DA's, etc. are blue. If you are caught manipulating the election the DA will not touch it and the judges will say "no standing". The "I got your back" so you will not go to prison good ole boy network has to be damn near full proof.

I am not a Boston elections official so it's not easy to answer that question.
This same argument was made in 2020 with plenty of debunking. We just have to wait for people with actual information to respond. Usually when that happens, it's bad for MAGA-types, and then they just argue the evidence is all fake as a cope. We can watch to see if that pattern unfolds yet again.

Not across the board in 2024.
The DEMs biggest losses were in super blue areas, in 2024. Mass, California, New York, etc.

Imagine how much bigger the losses would have been had those places not turned out over 200%!!! Hell they may have lost control of DA's, courts, councils etc. Just imagine.

Note: Percentages are based on a two-card per voter scan, therefore the percentage is not accurate if divided in half. It's just an estimated turnout

I think there is a plausible argument that over 100% voter turnout in a federal election is a federal issue that would allow investigation of the ballot and the registered voters
