Well in Alabama the age of majority is 19 so even over 18 the girl could be considered a minor but COME ON...an 18 year old girl can make her own damned decisions unless she is being coerced by other illegal means in play. Sheesh!

Where are you getting this? The age of consent in Alabama is 16; otherwise In Alabama, it is illegal for an adult (someone 18 or older) to have sex with a minor (someone younger than 16) even with consent from the minor.
