You would think that they would learn about trying unprecedented and irrationally aggressive legal moves aren't the best path forward, but then you have them here thinking they can create a jurisdiction in Florida for a conspiracy that's almost 10 years old and primarily occurred in DC

For the want of a POTUS that would simply govern instead of continually obsess over perceived grievances.

Leave Vox alone, he still thinks that Trump was running a shadow presidency and that the military was going to come in and restore him to power after 2020.

Vox is special, and we shouldn't pick on such people.

He also was one of the leaders of the Epstein conspiracy echo chamber on here....until Trump told him not to be

The problem in Fort Pierce is that the judge is every bit of an inexperienced hack.

For real earlier today when that DM about Haligan was posted it shattered my image of the online stuff just being Trump promoting a tough guy online persona for the low-IQ types, once it was revealed it was an actual DM he actually was sending to Bondi.

Yes, our President talks like that to subordinates and coordinates admin actions...via DM

You wonder if that DM will end up as an exhibit in one of Comey’s future filings.

My sense is this was only argued to try to keep it out as deliberative.

No. He immediately deleted it when he learned of the mistake. Bondi was angered by it.

You keep slathering your blubbering vagina all over these threads.

At least Karla is going out with a hyperbolic, “I’m taking a break, guys” thread.

The US is back y'all.

I was really concerned this out of control lawfare being wage by Trump 2.0 was going to result in innocent patriots such as the honorable James Comey and the virtuous Leticia James being victims of a politically biased judiciary.

Kabuki Theater from the get-go.

while there are many individuals whom Trump could have appointed as “acting” United States Attorney pursuant to the Vacancies Reform Act, Halligan doesn’t qualify

Sure she does. -- Just check out that stemware!

The entire uni-party political kit & caboodle is nothing Kabuki Theater. Halligan is from Central Casting. So is everyone else. It's always all misdirection, folks. There is no "next time".

Nope, there was never any intent to prosecute here. At all. Of anyone. EVER.

Re-focus on the real threats -- UN Agenda 2030. AI Surveillance and behavior modification. Biometric monitoring. AI Governance. The coerced reseting of our previous system for the One World Beast System.

Call it what it IS. The insurance attorney, aka DEI hire, didn't know how to properly do her job.

And, bad news for the prospect of this being overturned on appeal. The issue is whether or not the Attorney General has the authority to appoint a US Attorney in these circumstances. Samuel Alito, one of our most reliable Supreme Court Justices, is on record as stating the Attorney General does NOT have the authority to appoint:

"The most natural reading of section 546 is that the authority to make the interim appointment then lies with the district court. And that’s evidently the position that the Department of Justice itself adopted in a 1986 Office of Legal Counsel opinion written by none other than Samuel Alito. That opinion itself might not be in the public domain, but a 1993 OLC opinion (p. 3 n. 5) states that the Alito opinion “suggest[s] that the Attorney General may not make successive interim appointments pursuant to section 546.”

Didn't this forum say this was the case at the time?

This kind of sloppiness was by design.

Yes, but there's a thriving market for dishonest right wing legal pundits.
