Absolutely not. That turn of phrase makes no damned sense

Certainly not. It doesn't take anywhere near a majority to overthrow a government, especially ones as weak as Republican China or late Tsarist Russia.

What turn of phrase did I use? It's a single word I used to say his political philosophy is silent if he doesn't vote. You could also use moot in the sense that it renders it null and void. I used mute purposefully, but what does it really matter... Troll someone else.

Are you saying you're a libertarian?

Do you vote, and if so what party do you typically vote for?

I vote often, mostly for issue voting. For candidates, I vote for whoever will best represent my interests.

Well, it's also incorrect. It's 2018. Voting isn't the only way to have a political voice.

How convenient. You’re too edge to have a philosophy. Makes it nice and easy to shite on anyone else’s philosophy, depending on entertainment value too. Also makes you a troll with plenty of slings and arrows for others, without having to dodge any yourself. For the second time in as many threads, you aren’t worth the time.

Conservatives talk about keeping the government out of your life, but they want the government controlling who can get married, what days of the week you can buy alcohol, what religion should be present in schools, and when and where you can or cant gamble.

Uhhh, no. A strong unified minority in almost all cases. Hence the massive genocidal purges shortly after...

But that's not the point. "voting" wasn't a part of any of these major political movements.

It is. Imagine if more people considered issues rather than a mostly binary political system.

Who said that I didn't have "a philosophy?"

Meh. This is just something people use when they're outclassed in the discussion.

You might want to take a closer look at Venezuela and Hugo Chavez. They voted a socialist to power. They have since won multiple reelections as they promised to give more and more money from the rich to the poor as the country has gone into an economic death spiral.

Your use of the term "minority" is misleading as Lenin and the Bolsheviks were clearly the party with the most power in government. Their civil war was the Red Army vs the White Army, which represented everyone that was for communism vs those that were against it.

You don't win a civil war if you are a minor subparty. Same deal with China.

I consider conservatives conservative.

And certainly, the conservative platform promotes certain government powers over individual liberty:

Drug war
Exclusivity of marriage
Prostitution laws
The police state, to an extent.

Not being violent radicals is not the same as pacifism.

If by "revenge and 'winning'" you mean cowering in fear when the media and Democrats call them mean words, then I guess you're correct. If you really want to see revenge, just let the Democrats regain control of Congress.

Like I said, libertarians seem to exist to make good the enemy of perfect. Does the fact that libertarians are for open borders and destroying the military make them liberals?

Only fake libertarians are for open borders, or as others have called it "free trespass".

My problem with libertarianism is Libertarians, many self-professed Libertarians don't know what the hell they are talking about and give the rest of the group a bad name. Honestly, if the party was to ever give up on trying to legalize weed, they'd lose more than half the party.
