Yes 1 million job losses is child’s play and nothing at all to worry about. Some of you need a dose of reality

The numbers include government workers who lost severence at the end of September, as well as currently laid off workers who will return to work after the shutdown.

Is this where we pretend blue states electing blue politicians suddenly means something nationwide?

I agree we are at the start of AI functuniality. But the fact is it is already showing to be disruptive in the labor market. Imagine when we move past the tip how much disruption will be aused. People are not prepared.

Some of this is market. A lot of this is AI. My company housed 14 in accounts payable 5 years ago. Today it’s 4. Marketing, accounting, factories, and other fieilds are the process of being decimated.

Trump continues to ignore the American economy

This is not the Trump of 2016-2020. They either got to him finally or he was actually assassinated and replaced by a body double controlled by the Bush wing of the party

If SCOTUS F’s up this tariff decision, I think it could be depression level fallout

Maybe that’s what’s needed

OP posted this exact same thread yesterday. LOL

It cracks me up all the leftists that show up now but were likely never here during the Biden disaster.

The private sector adding 42000 jobs is a huge win. I don't give a shite if government jobs take a hit.
