Has this been established? As best I can tell the only person who is pushing this a rapper from the mid-90s. None of the elected officials you accuse of being affiliated have as best I can tell anything to do with this effort. None are tweeting about it. Tweets about this contract don't seem to reference any of these officials even though that would be an important mark of credibility. I think whoever said they were affiliated with this effort was making stuff up.
