If you didn't take it then you have no problem with either.

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREPA), passed by the United States Congress and signed into law by President of the United States George W. Bush in December 2005 (as part of Pub.L. 109–148 (text) (PDF)), is a controversial tort liability shield intended to protect vaccine manufacturers from financial risk in the event of a declared public health emergency.

Please post a credible source for that.

From HHS:

quote:

In March 2020, the HHS Secretary issued a PREP Act Declaration covering COVID-19 tests, drugs and vaccines providing liability protections to manufacturers, distributors, states, localities, licensed healthcare professionals, and others identified by the Secretary (qualified persons) who administer COVID-19 countermeasures. The Declaration has been amended several times to expand liability protections, including prior amendments to cover licensed healthcare professionals who cross state borders and federal response teams.

So this is at least in the ballpark. But what HHS did here was use the existing framework for Emergency Countermeasures. Without those authorizations, no vaccines or experimental treatments for Covid would have been widely utilized.

You can argue that we would’ve been better off without the experimental treatments and I would probably agree. You can’t pretend that Trump created the wheel by giving immunity to the products used to treat Covid and the vaccines.

Your opinions are pathetic

What’s pathetic is that a mouth breather like yourself is either such a pawn or criminally lacking in intelligence to think a one year old should take the Covid “vaccine”.

ZERO infants/toddlers have died from Covid. ZERO.
Thousands have been termed, permanently disabled or have died due to the gene therapy bio weapon.

The DoD documents, Insurance sector reporting , medical billing data, UK ONS et al are pretty accessible & digestible resources if you have a heartbeat/3 digit IQ.

Well, no wonder I couldn't find it. I was searching for a specific statement where President Trump said he himself grants immunity, in response to:

he gave immunity to the drug companies

The head of his HHS invoked the act. I seriously doubt he did it without consulting Trump. You can parse the language all that you want, it was the Trump admin that made the necessary declarations to allow the drug companies to have immunity from suits. There's no way around that.

I very much doubt that.

But, I'll entertain your ignorance. Find a single instance of me ever supporting a mandate.

I don't think it's up to you how someone else raises their child.

It's really that simple.
