A blue dog democrat today said “they sealed it for him”. He’s just a blue collar country guy. He did say anyone who says “damn the missed” stuff like that on social media deserve to be fired etc… he’s not a like the social media wackos. .

No co-workers are discussing it but I work for a fairly conservative company, oddly enough since it is located in Madison, Wisconsin. But I have liberals and Trump haters in my family and those I knew from school etc. A couple have made comments about it being a shame the shooter missed... One even tried to post some pic of Trump after being shot where he was raising his hand to wave at the crowd and claim he was doing a a Nazi salute.
All the others have been dead silent. Which is because they are bummed Trump didn't get killed and they are smart enough not to make comments on social media about it.

Well, you should talk to many of your liberal cohorts who have written longtime friends and family off and cut them out of their lives for supporting Trump. It is way more one sided with them when it comes to that behavior.
I grew up listening to punk rock, skateboarding etc. I have many longtime liberal friends. Several have disowned me and cut me out of their lives since 2020. Some of those same people have even cut off relationships with their close family members... because they literally think Trump is a Nazi and anyone who supports him is a Nazi. They 100% believe that.
I do not know ONE of my conservative friends (I also have many, growing up in the Deep South) or family members that has disowned longtime friends or family and cut them out of their lives. The liberals I know are VERY angry and nasty when it comes to Trump, his supporters, and Republicans in general.

My libertarian worker asked if I thought Trump would win now. I told him if the election were on the up and up yes, but I worried about the illegal aliens getting registered to vote. He had know idea what I was talking about. He shite when I told him that Biden said the would veto the save act if he got it. He lives in his own little world.
