Do you know what they are? Why are you refusing to actually name these policies? Makes it seem like you don't know what they are or if they exist.
Black men WERE chasing jobs. Hence The Great Migration. Why weren't they being hired? You blame welfare. What welfare policies prevented them from being hired?

It’s good to see you recognize the fraud known as the mainstream media, but that story is learned in college indoctrination.

Read your annotation.
Piven and Cloward. That should have been your first clue this is some bullshite to just hurt America, not help or heal it.
Democrats have been running their strategies since the Obama first term.

Just for clarity, your claim is that diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace is simply a mandate to hire minority people instead of white people in every situation? So workplaces with diversity, equity and inclusion trainings never hire white people?
They hire minorities. Black, female, gay

Do you know of their qualifications, demeanor, or appearance when they were seeking jobs? Or are you prescribing racism by speculation?

So you're goal is to dominate the culture of America?
No. I'm not sure how one single person would dominate the culture of America. That is not my goal. Not sure where you're going with this, tbh.

No, genius, what i'm saying is that today, minorities have advantages provided to them by our federal government.
Let me guess, "DEI," which no one can actually define.

The disadvantage that some minorities have today, is due to family or lack thereof, and/or institutional racism by means of the handouts i just mentioned whose stated intent is to help minorities, but whose actual product is maintaining poverty by eliminating incentive.
You're just ranting at this point.

How many? I didn't inherit my house.
You'll have to ask the poster who made this claim. You're very insecure. We're all very proud of you for not inheriting your house. You don't have to prove anything to us.

You think "affirmative action, DEI, and racial quotas for employment" have changed the dominant culture in the USA? Who shapes the dominant culture now?
It aims to change it.

Many White people are inheriting houses that were purchased when there were federal, state and local policies that excluded blacks from homeownership.
Many seems like an extreme exaggeration, but you got a link to these policies?

Do you? It sounds like you're implying that very few Black autoworkers were capable of working in a factory, but white autoworkers were. That would be statistically very unusual, don't you think?

Are you prescribing racial inferiority by speculation?

An "academic" as yourself should know, since this is your favorite subject.
Area Redevelopment Agency
Public Welfare Amendments of 1962

It’s institutionalized discriminations to hire minorities over straight white men.

Google redlining and restrictive covenants.

You’re making the assertion. What evidence do you have?
Thanks

The protection’s are already covered in the US Constitution. But the whole Diversity Equity and Inclusion was just an affirmative action end run.
It was an unconstitutional mandate to discriminate against white people.
Democrats thought they were appeasing their white guilt and the guilt of having held Blacks down up until the Civil Rights law.
Problem is, you can’t correct racism with more racism simply directed at a different target.
It’s like when Obama became President and Democrats suddenly discovered that a black man attaining the highest position in America actually shite all over their race baiting claims.
What did they do?
Point out the fact he was only half-black.
Thats rich.

And she said she didn't vote for Biden.
Cubbies typical liberal white female went to college got a liberal arts degree and read all the studies about this country's past and is the champion for blacks in this country. She ignores all things like the breakdown of the black family and their dependency on the government. Plenty of success for Black Americans in today's world but she still screams black lives matter. From her past I know about her emotions run high and facts and statistics take a back seat when so book smart cubbies is in the room. Cubbies a fighter for the poor in this country and it's systematic racism. Cubbies you are exhausting and btw DEI and your thinking is why you lost. Wait you didn't vote for Biden. I forgot

She preaches Marxism, but pretends not to be a marxist. Its a bizarre acting job.
