Of course they do. I was a hero after I got that lazy fraudster fired. We threw a party the next week on the unit.

So parties on the clock are fine. But someone trying to better themselves and work two jobs is a lazy piece of shite?

Another phrase you've repeated incessantly in this thread, among others.

Seriously, if you've been diagnosed as being on the spectrum, I'll back off, cut you some slack and just say to you, "Vaya con dios."

Otherwise, you're just a creepy weirdo desperate for attention and approval who has difficulty fitting in with other people as well as being a POS snitch.

Yes he was a lazy POS who didn't take care of his patients. Also leaving his patients for 1 hour to go show a house why on the clock. How retarded are you? This goes to show what type of person you are defending this behavior. Not surprised, most WFH people are fraudsters and lowlifes like yourself

He had plenty of work to do. Instead of doing it he had the other RTs cover his patients for 1 hour while leaving the hospital

So if they started expecting three times the amount of work you're doing right now, would that still be the way it should be?

Is the salary going up commensurate to that overproduction, in stark contrast to the less productive on my tier?

What overproduction?

Y'all would have everyone believe that the time it takes to perform work is not a function of production nor a part of that calculation.

This

expecting three times the amount of work

That's 300% overproduction.

Good workers will get more done in less time.

They'll also develop processes to create even more efficiencies.

These are the workers who are valuable and can contribute much bigger things than the base level production you're discussing.

They are rare, though, and will be compared to normal workers on their tier.

I’ve handled a larger load and got a bigger bonus. Keep trying.

Ready to have your head explode? My fine arse fiancé that’s 10 years younger than me just got home early and wants to rip me to shreds. I’m about to put a fake meeting in my calendar for the rest of the day and go plow her beautiful brains out.

Enjoy your evening at the office and your ride home in traffic. I’ll be smothered in TnA for the next couple of hours.

PS - I already put in 9 hours today so you can piss off

Good. I’m happy for you. So shouldn’t you start a thread on how shitty of a worker you are front working five days a week?

No, because I’m not a jealous frick

Best job I ever worked, I put in 60+ hours a week and loved it. Salaried so I didnt profit, but there wasnt enough time in the day for all that was necessary.

It was awesome. If I could recreate that time and crew, I would do it again.
