I mean, it looks like him. I don't think anyone doubts that the guy is a narcissist in the extreme. If he is alive (highly likely) and somehow made his way to Israel (less likely), I wouldn't be surprised if he was out walking around.
My money is on him being in a cell at a black site somewhere, personally.

As I have repeatedly written, Epstein is a Mossad asset. Would not surprise me in the least to see him in Israel. As for the OP, thats pretty slim evidence with all of that hair obscuring his face.

Notice both guys walking next to him are wearing ear pieces. There was a document in the newly released files of an anonymous poster on 4Chan claiming they were a guard who witnessed Epstein being rolled out in a wheelchair. That post was subpoenaed and it turns out that person really was a guard at that prison. The guard’s name was Roberto Grijalva.
