So, having not got much traction with their ~30 ARRESTS~ [for incredibly petty crimes] [and no convictions] talking point, the NYPD is now tattling to the #TCOT sewer main about uncorroborated "reports" which may or may not be absolute flights of fancy?
Pretty much. What does he have convictions for?

There was a legal reason to arrest Garner. He resisted arrest. His own health problems led to his death. Period - end of story.
Incorrect. His death was ruled a homicide.

Here we go with all this again....

Was he seriously never even convicted once out of his 30 arrests or are you lying?
Remember this guy? Arrested 62 times, by the same police force, for trespassing at his job.

We will keep going on this as long as some idiot insists on saying he died because of his ill health. He was killed. That's what homicide means. I'm not surprised some of yall don't get it. But it doesn't change the meaning of the word.

How would you have handled it when you (as the policeman did) asked him to turn around and put his hands behind him and the guy refused to do so? Would you say 'pretty please, kind

I am not sure what the actual charge was but if it was something minor why not issue the guy a ticket.
He is dead because of their sorriness

His health was a contributing factor. It is just as ridiculous to ignore those facts as it is to state his health was the primary cause.
To the poor bastards in this country that have to serve on grand juries..... rioting by those who saw a sliver of the evidence vs those who saw all of it.

If you ever punch someone in the chest and they die because of a heart defect try getting out of it by arguing it was due to his ill health.

The guys that killed garner were overcharged with no lesser charge of negligent homocide....I think the DA did this to protect the cops. The DAs going after cops is like coach pitch little league. I think it's a clear conflict of interest for the DA.

Having a special prosecutor for police cases would be a good idea for reform.
