That one should be safe. The Seminole Nation has threatened the NCAA, Florida State and anyone attempting to virtue signal with legal action multiple times if they attempted to "cancel" them.

You know it’s BS when even Snopes says so
“We checked this conclusion with Patricia Turner, who has probably done more research on the “alligator bait” motif than anyone else in the world, asking whether she had ever come across information suggesting that the phenomenon might be real. “I have not seen any evidence to suggest that it was true,” she said, adding that it would have been all the more unlikely during the era of slavery, when a black child would have been a much more valuable commodity than an alligator.”
Yeah idk if there is any real evidence that this went on. That's just the basis of this change I think though.

From the article:
The alligator hunters kidnapped black infants, skinned them alive, and tied their neck to a string and dropped them into a swamp! Dangling them near the mouths of hungry 700 pound alligators! These black babies were stolen, caged and fed to alligators whole! The activity is retold in various forms in researched documents, many found in the Jim Crow Museum of Racist Memorabilia in Michigan.
I’m gonna need more proof.......

Gator bait is offensive. Master bedroom is offensive. Therefore, by the transitive property of racism, you are no longer allowed to masturbate.

Good. That was so fricking annoying. Stupid reason but excellent end result.

Your people are no less a danger to free thought than the Nazis at this point.....let that sink in....

It sounds like a folk tale to scare little kids from wandering off.

I will support their right to Gator bait. I’m no Gator fan, but there comes a time when we football fans face a common enemy.

Don't need evidence of it happening as long as that is what the saying "symbolizes". Perception over all else.

Your people have lost their minds, evidence doesn't matter at this point.

I wouldn't put it past the actual Seminole Indians to scalp anyone who participates in this frickery against them.

That's what is so odd about this one though. I don't think there is a perception regarding this. I'd venture to bet that 99% of Americans have never once thought the gator bait chant was insensitive or related to feeding black children to gators.
