"We" are doing it - they've been calling to tear down the statues (yes, including of Washington, Jefferson and a few for Lincoln) for a good while. Cancel culture is decades old. The current "anarchy" can be traced back to OWS and, really, to 1968 (the fruition of Soviet AGITPROP during the Cold War).

College football has been my primary source of fall entertainment ever since I enrolled at Alabama. I refuse to send another penny to UA or watch another football game - much less pay $500 for a ticket, donating money to Marxists who want me dead. I hope others will join me. Money talks and I guarantee you most avid CFB fans are conservative. Hit them where it hurts and they'll learn to stop caving to groups who have no idea what a wide receiver screen is.
I know CFB and even Hollywood/entertainment is a major part of everyone's lives, but at some point, we are going to have to make sacrifices because if conservatives boycott, these people are going to see unimaginable financial losses.
