How is the genesis this not hyper political? This was all based on a hyper political strategy by the Obama admin. It don't think it gets more hyper political than using the FBI, CIA, and foreign spy/intelligence agencies to frame and spy on a political opponent.

If there is no known crime, the precedent is to start a special counsel investigation until you find something or someone to prosecute.
