Franken not resigning would be a godsend from Franken and his party to his political counterparts in 2018.

No one will even remember or care.

No one has cared about him being elected by voter fraud. Proven voter fraud at that!

After Conyers got forced out the Congressional Black Caucus was one of the loudest set of voices calling for Franken to step down. If he doesn't, they are going to be piiiiiiiiissed

The CBC is possibly the greatest collection of house slaves every assembled.

After a month of brow-beating from dems over Moore and a bunch of hedonists who have nothing but contempt Christ telling us what bad Christians we are, suddenly become a-ok with a repeat offender of sexual assault being in the legislature. Funny how that works.

Just biding my time to see how the liberal media picks this up to see how much squirming they do to align themselves with this narrative of reversal.

I saw this coming a mile away.

That’s why he didn’t immediately resign.

Roy Moore was never going to win irregardless of the allegations. He's an unelectable nutbag; all the allegations did was call attention to the candidate and entrench voters to their preferred camps.

And, I like Doug Jones. He has a distinguished record already, and will make Alabama proud.

Nah. He'll vote the party line to a tee and be Schumer's lap dog. You know this though.

He won't do what the majority of Alabamians desire.

That’s the thing with announcing a resignation as opposed to resigning, he can just cancel if he wants and since recalling a US Senator pretty much takes an act of God, he can stay there until January 3, 2021

I think Dougie will try to run to the middle, he has more money potential in trying to get elected to another term. That's where the big money will be waiting for him.

IOW he will play the Joe Manchin playbook.

I hope the creepy clown stays. Every time The he opens his mouth he’s going to be remembered for his deviant sickness.

It’s funny y’all thin that was the only reason moore wasn’t elected. Didn’t even cross my mind but at the same time I knew 6 months ago I wasn’t and would never vote for that fricker. I’m actually ashamed the vote was that close. Moore is a piece of shite and if you can’t see that you’re a political hack.

I've got to pat myself on the back. While everyone was giddy about his resigning I believe I was the first one that mentioned that phrase about "resigning in the coming weeks". I've had a few 2x4s upside my head over the years but that quote took the cake. No piece of wood was needed in interpreting exactly what he meant.

Maybe so, has nothing to do with the frickery by the Dem Party, no need for that moral high ground now, toss it to the side.
