Would you?
Read about the effects of Carotid artery compression. Then read about the effects of Carotid body compression. Then read about the effects of both in the face of cardiovascular disease.

Before you do, rest assured, none of that requires evidence of "traumatic asphyxiation." Any ME worth his salt would know that. The fact he diverted with the traumatic asphyxiation BS as he did is going to prove problematic for the ME.

The more I think about it the more I consider the theory of the case that can and will be adopted by his attorney. Basically centered around the idea that the prosecutor could have some serious trouble proving beyond a reasonable doubt that the process of a heart attack began only after the knee hit the neck as opposed to possibly prior to. That's IF the COD is ultimately heart attack or something similar, and no direct finding of asphyxiation.

Especially since the D3mocratic mecca of Minnesota allows cops to kneel on your neck.

Yes. And I’d he wouldn’t have been born, he wouldn’t have been there to choke. We

A Minneapolis jury will probably convict.

How can they find a jury this side of Nepal that hasn't heard about the case?

Keep watching if the cop gets the right attorney he will walk. He didn’t kill him.
The loser crack head should have just obeyed.
When you resist arrest there should be no rules.

Maybe he saw the cops and swallowed his drug of choice and exacerbated along with the cop's restraints a heart attack.

I am not a medical person at all but all that together along with him being at a high rate of agitation probably contributed as well.
