However appealing ads make Warnock look, none of this would matter with a different GOP candidate. This isn't complicated. Most people vote based on party ID, and then some people don't really follow politics closely and just swing back and forth. In this cycle, an R without bizarre personal problems probably wins.

Just left the polling station in what is considered a reliably red county. There were mostly women, minorities, purple hair fricks, and soy infused men in line (far outweighing their proportion in the county as a whole). I don't feel great about our chances if this is some kind of trend statewide. Looks to be a serious drubbing, but I'd love to be wrong.

Why am I mentioning Democrat candidates? Because these train wreck brain dead Dem candidates supposedly picked up a bunch of Republican split ticket votes. So, you’re saying GOP voters had issue with Republican candidate quality, but then voted against their GOP morals and ideology for, by far, more disastrous Democrat candidates?! Come on, mannnnn…. It just doesn’t add up or make any sense when you give it any kind of contemplation. It only makes sense if it’s what you want to hear and you don’t care to examine it or question it.
