These valid reasons to not publicly release information, unfortunately, might provide cover for bad people doing bad things but for the greater good they are covered as well due to whatever connections exist. I'm not defending this, but I understand how this situation can exist. I'm trusting Trump until I have proven reasons not to. Thus far, this muh Epstein drama is nothing but allegations and conjecture.
You are absolutely defending this.

I say again, any credible evidence has been deleted or shredded.
Seems like an argument to shed some light on the whole fiasco, as opposed to an argument to be okay with the shredding of evidence.

Okay, am I the only Trump voter that voted to end this kind of shite? I thought we were going to get a pissed off Trump, a bull in the DC china closet, draining the swamp.
You are arguing for the establishment. The swamp.

Maybe but all of these victims either gave sworn plaintiffs statements, went public (documentaries and other media), or participated in civil suits.
Not enough is said about the nearly half billion dollars paid to "victims" by JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank (and maybe others?). That was a real settlement, and it culminated in real payouts and I'm pretty sure it didn't just go to Virginia Giuffre.

Clinton said he did not have sexual relations in the cockpit only to come back and say he did in fact, have sexual relations in the cockpit :)

Clinton is 100% guilty & a creep in general. I would never suggest otherwise.

So what hasn't been released?

I don’t think any of the victims implicated WJC or Bill Richardson in pedo stuff though.
Giuffre claimed she was instructed to have sex with Richardson. I don't know if she claims she did it or not, it's usually framed like that ("was told by Maxwell to have sex with Richardson").
Giuffre says she saw WJC dining at LSJ alongside young women, but doesn't directly implicate him and says she never slept with him. WJC denies he was ever there.
In a normal world, you'd think every investigative journalist in the universe would spend all their time to try and see what the truth is there, but that's never going to happen.

In the context of Epstein's investigations, the FBI raided his properties and seized vast amounts of evidence, including hard drives, CDs, videos, documents, and other media potentially containing "blackmail" videos or client lists. Official reviews, including a 2025 DOJ-FBI memo, confirm the seizure of over 300 gigabytes of data, including victim images/videos and over 10,000 downloaded child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) and pornography.
The FBI's chain-of-custody protocols make accidental loss virtually impossible without deliberate interference.
Every item would be logged at collection (e.g, during the 2019 NY raid, agents photographed contents of a safe containing hard drives, CDs labeled "Young [Name] + [Name]" or "Girl pics nude," diamonds, cash, and passports).
Transfers require signed forms, and digital evidence is cataloged in secure databases. Losing an item would leave a glaring gap in records, triggering automatic audits or alerts. Evidence is stored in locked, monitored facilities with limited access. For digital items like videos, backups and encryption are standard.
Accidental loss (e.g, misplacement) is improbable due to inventories and surveillance. If "lost," it would imply someone with access intentionally removed or deleted it - e.g, a 2025 whistleblower alleged FBI agents systematically deleted Epstein-linked files, and a 2021 court hearing revealed safe contents temporarily "went missing" after the raid. High-profile evidence like Epstein's undergoes extra scrutiny, with DOJ oversight and potential Inspector General reviews.
The FBI's protocols create a near-impenetrable system where "loss" demands active subversion - such as falsifying logs, breaking seals, or deleting data - implying corruption or cover-up rather than oversight.
So what happenend to the mountain of evidence?
Probably nothing tho lol
