I despise anyone that damages or destroys someone else property just because of what it is, or looks like, or bumper stickers or license plates.
Should be a higher level of punishment for vandalism like this. Need to send a message it's not ok to hurt or damage others or their possessions just because you might not agree with what they chose to represent.

Helpful note for the guy filming.
If you're confronting someone about committing a crime involving a motor vehicle, perhaps you shouldn't stand BEHIND the guy's car while he is behind the wheel.
