I think the Leftist establishment sincerely believes removing Trump as a factor will greatly solve their little problem. That’s why they are doing everything they can to prevent him from running.
But this movement has been building well before Trump. He recognized it and gave it a voice and a rallying point but the strong sentiment had already been there and continues to grow.
