Oh this is classic.
So now we have a progressive using one of the greatest movies ever made as a user name to "fight the russian invasion".
You are another one that need to obey little Timmy and get your arse on the streets and fight.
Quit calling people names behind a keyboard and show everyone what you are made of. Armor up, drive up to MN, and fight for Timmy. He has called you to arms several times and the best you can to is get on Tigerdroppings? What kind of (insert your sexual identity here) are you? You must be scared.
Make sure you video all of it too, please. I want to see how awesome you are.

Ok, you make the point CC without id is a no no. Agreed. Show me where in any of the video where the officer asked him for id? Was it after he pepper sprayed him and had 4 other agents holding him? Nevermind, I see now the agent that initiated the interaction by shoving the woman to the ground was beating Pretti on the head with the can of mace. I bet he was banging out Morse code for “show me your id” on his head.

so your advice to civilians being agitators during ICE operations would be what?
A. Stay home
B. Protest from the sidewalk only
C. Don't trust their Training, therefore don't get them worked up?
D. Other

worked for DHS
this was a lie to begin with. He's not going to tell you the truth about who he voted for or anything else.
trying to "discuss" with Red Dawn is an exercise in futility.
but at least he is giving us a picture of the mind set of a Pretti type actor, that is before Pretti decided to martyr himself for a cause nobody will remember him for in a month.

I don’t believe in protesting anything in public…period. Makes you a target to the surveillance apparatus at a minimum and at a maximum, your life can get ended.
Protest by withdrawing from the rat race.

He was wearing body armor and was armed. He physically interfered with law enforcement as evidenced by the bullet holes in him and video evidence. He had no reason to be there other than to interfere with law enforcement.

Classic Progressive MO. Can’t answer the question after defending people who are interfering.
Guess you aren’t man enough to hit the streets with your fellow freaks to fight for Little Timmy.
I knew you were scared.

Show me where in any of the video where the officer asked him for id
when Pretti left his residence without ID or his permit he violated the law. In my opinion he knowingly did so.
It was one of a number of times Pretti violated the law, including being in the road obstructing an ICE operation. In my opinion he knowingly did so.
When pretti began to resist the ICE agent he violated the law. In my opnion he knowingly did so.
you, like others continue to want to make Pretti a victim. He is not. He knowingly went into this situation having made a number of concious choices. He knowingly took on the risk of consequences up to and including death. It's what he was there to do.
He got what he came for. I'm sorry you don't like it. My advice if you don't like it is don't be Pretti. You can even be partial Pretti. But if you go full Pretti there's a pretty good chance you will end up Pretti'd.

[/quoteThis is basically my position. Hell, I have been pulled over going hunting a couple times. I roll down my window, put my hands on the wheel and wait for instruction. I am not taking any chances with firearms even in a vehicle with me. I love law enforcement, but I will be damn if I am going to put them in a situation where they could make a mistake. (not saying this was one)
A couple years ago, speeding home from the lease I was pulled over by LSP. I went full retard. "sir, there are guns in my backseat, just wanted you to know", Officer looked at me like I was a loon "yeah, the dead deer in the back was a dead giveaway....license and registration please"
Took my 66 in a 55 and went about my day. It really isnt hard.

Any time you are carrying and have a run in with Police/Ice/Border Control the first thing to do is raise your hands and explain you have a gun.
BOTTOM LINE - If he wouldn't have brought the gun he would be alive.
100% on him

Pretti's family pleaded with him about his desire to inject himself into ICE operations.
In other words, they knew he had intentions of being more than just a protester.

If he would have raised his hands in surrender, he is home eating breakfast right now!

It's sad that someone died, I'd rather it HADN'T happened, but the dude brought it on himself by acting stupid. It was justifiable.
This whole thing is not about ICE rounding up illegal aliens, nor the treatment of them after they are detained. People are being paid or played into these 'protests' and emotionally manipulated into thinking they are standing up for a righteous cause. Did 't bother them when previous administration's were doing the same thing.
The root of the whole matter is the cesspool of corruption and thievery being exposed and disrupted. The people that were raking in our taxpayer dollars are pissed.
