very few deferred to the back of the loan.
IIRC some chosen banks did put it on the back of the loan. BOA Citi and possibly a few more. But Citi doesn't do mortgages anymore last I heard so maybe just BOA.

I think the point is that many were idiots thinking they could get a free ride and not owe 6 mos down the road and tell their landlord to eff off they can't evict.

Fresh illegals got retroactive stimulus monies. It is all a big sick game.

Obama & Biden love to destroy the housing market and then sue the big fat banks --they call the bad guys but are in bed with-- and take the money for their pet projects and community organizing via Castro at HUD under Obama.

For the great reset they need to destroy the economy and housing market. Imagine how bad they will eff it up this go around...

This bullshite pajama party is over! Back to the real world.

If you've not been paying your rent or mortgage for a year and a half at this point and haven't been saving for this inevitable time, you're a fricking moron and deserve what's coming to you.

What happened is the government drunk drove into my living room and then said I have to pay for it. No, the government should pay for it when they frick my life up when I’ve done nothing wrong.

the ones on unemployment were making more money than ever

I agree this is horrendous public policy, but from whence does it arise? Why was there massive unemployment, and why are these jobs not coming back? I believe this got in motion March & April of 2020 under the last administration, whereby 2/3 of the American workforce was declared "nonessential" and furloughed for an indefinite period of time.
