Pleading guilty is a pretty big hole in that immunity deal then.

These people are just slinging shite. "He plead guilty because he knew he was going to get a pardon"

I disagree, when Flynn was in Afghanistan, he was investigated for giving classified material to our allies without approval (which is against the UCMJ) he admitted to doing it, but the Army decided not to press charges.

OK, he probably should not have been considered for the post , but in terms of this situation the best I can tell was that he lied about a legal act....which was stupid.

I don't think he's some sort of real stand up guy, His worst thing though is the FARA violation IMHO. But most if not just about all violators pretty much just have fines slapped on them and then they are encouraged to register

Where are you getting this?? Link to when Trump specifically told Flynn not to cooperate and that he would pardon him?

That's exaggerated based on the public reporting. Trump's former defense lawyer John Dowd discussed pardons with Flynn's and Manafort's attorneys, though.

Oh i know- i just wanted this idiot to admit he was making shite up.

One post he says trump told him not to cooperate and that he’d pardon him, and the next post he says why plead guilty when there’s the possibility trump could pardon him.

Typical libtard.

I hear that he wasn’t under oath and was not aware it was a formal interview. It could be that the subject matter was so trivial he had no real memory of the details and related two minorly different versions at two separate times.

To me unless you are out on notice that every detail has to be perfectly consistent - or unless they confront you with the contradiction so you can make a reasoned effort to get the “real” facts straight, a “lying to the FBI” charge is way overkill - if they are interested in getting the truth instead of a scalp.
