What we have here is the GOP version of the Jill Stein dilemma the Democrats had in 2016.
You can refuse to vote for Trump, but you know any Democratic candidate will be far more restrictive.

For the record I am against adding more gun control laws, just enforce the ones already on the books.

No, it isn't stupid at all. It's how things are and will be for the foreseeable future. Like I said earlier, you either pick your poison or have someone pick it for you. You have no say with a 3rd party candidate, it isn't going to happen in your lifetime. Maybe one day, God knows we need more than 2.

What's the difference between bein "lock step" like the dems and basically saying you'll vote for him anyway? Sounds the same to me.

It generally doesn't take Ole Hank too long to start up with the personal insults. He explains stuff to us... then tells us how dumb we are. I think it's his shtick. Makes him feel all good about himself.
