We don’t need any at this time unless it’s a very limited number to support air and naval power

Sometimes you do stuff because it is the right thing to do.

In another thread someone wrote -

"I do have a problem with his assertion that killing people for any reason is morally wrong but watching people get killed instead of stopping them is morally good."

We are doing the right thing.

I’ll say this for the 1,000th time.

If you give a kid $800B in toys every year, they’re going to want to play with them.

Of course they did, they were all Bush supporters until their failed wars embarrassed them into pretending they never supported him.

You’re all mixed up. Are you too far gone with cynicism to even agree that sometimes decisions are made by our President (and specifically by America, given its stature) because it’s “the right thing to do,” as best he/President can determine, under the relevant circumstances at the time??

most people did support the War On Terror

some posters just need to have the balls to admit they support Iran strikes bc Trump is President but would be crying and posting Q anon bullshite if Kamala or Biden did it.

And what if we supported or even “encouraged” a decision to strike Iran before the decision was even made by President Trump to do so? That concept must throw you into a tailspin, considering the simplicity of your argument.

The one thing weak minded individuals who are not cut out to be leaders can’t understand.

Sometimes leaders have to make decisions to protect the whole and there might not be a benefit to the individual and will not affect their standing.

Let’s see don’t have a hostile nation that chants “Death to America” anymore, don’t have a nation producing missiles capable of hitting US troops, don’t have a nation that is the main funder and supplier of terrorist organizations anymore, and don’t have have nation that could shut down the strait of homuz and disrupt global oil supply. Need some more or is that enough?
