False.
SCOTUS ruled that tariffs can not be implemented using the IECC which was very few of the total tariffs.
These tariffs are currently being rewritten under section 122, 232, and 301 and will be implemented in the coming hours
Congress had already invested authority to POTUS for duties and tariffs under the above sections.

Did the order rule that? I don’t think that was relief sought. And the tariffs are already back. He utilized the code sections the Supreme Court confirmed he could. Nothing has changed. You may not want to take too long of a victory lap.

Don’t get it twisted- Tarrifs work and today was a win for Trump - all part of the plan. Americans are smart enough to know they saved the economy and roaring because of them
