Mind blowing? Lol

No. I think that the administration goes off half-cocked a lot, relying too much on immediate information within their departments which isn’t vetted.
I think it’s part of a strategy to get information out quickly rather than accurately because quick information wins the day in the social media age.
“A lie goes around the world before the truth puts on its pants.”- maybe Twain
This apparently deeply offends your sensibilities. It doesn’t offend mine nearly as much.

Do you know who Georgia N. Alexakis is?
...and why she ruled the way she did regarding that Chicago case?
I assume that's an awful, activist Dem-appointed judge, but didn't the PROSECUTORS dismiss the case?
Crap, now I will have to get look it up again.

Fair enough. I would just expect an explanation rather than her doubling down on it.

Based on this, you don't think her credibility was damaged?
This press conference will not be in the top 100 most important things Noem does in her life. Maybe not in the top 1000. It doesn’t really damage her credibility any because no one takes any government heads seriously to begin with.

Why was she parked cattywompus?
That’s a good question that gets to the heart of the matter.
Also, what was she doing in the hours leading up to that confrontation? She wasn’t just running errands.

Her and the others working to stop ICE.
She wasn't the only dumbass fricking with them.

She dismissed it AFTER prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss. I just worry that "vehicle ramming" is going to be the new "something flashed in his hand that looked like a weapon."
CNN) — A federal judge on Thursday dismissed federal charges against a woman shot by a Customs and Border Protection agent in Chicago after allegedly ramming into his car.
The ruling from US District Judge Georgia Alexakis came hours after prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss the charges in a striking reversal by the US government, court documents show.
Marimar Martinez, a 30-year-old American citizen, and her co-defendant, Anthony Ruiz – who was driving a different vehicle – had entered not guilty pleas to a federal charge of assaulting, resisting or impeding federal officers.
The unprecedented move marks the latest development in a high-profile case that garnered public scrutiny and left a federal judge skeptical of how the investigation was handled.

Yeah you don’t really support them because invariably nearly every post you make is a criticism of policy or enforcement. You are as bad as the “I voted for Trump three times but…” fake Trump voter. With your kind of support who needs opposition

Neighborhood? Maybe that’s where illegals live. Duh?

He cannot help himself. It must be a requirement in law school

Dropped her bastard kid off at a school and then attempted to block and disrupt ICE from arresting a pedophile.

It happened in Cook County.

I just have a different (certainly not better) way of thinking than most of y'all. I don't really care about in-group/out-group dynamics. I don't make up my mind until I have enough evidence. If I have a conclusion, I will state that. Until that point, I ask questions.
I had questions about ICE's performance, not because I doubted them, but simply because didn't have enough information. For instance, it didn't make sense to me that they delayed first aid to Good. The last post---introducing a video from an ex-Ranger and cop---I made resolved all those questions in ICE's favor.
Here's that post...it's not anti-Ice in any way:
"Annoying presentation style and probably too long for most, but answers some important questions.
-explains where Kristi Noem got the "digging out of the snow" story. The shooting agent's SUV was immobilized on the icy road. Other ICE agents were trying to use their vehicles to push the immobilized vehicle. Good was blocking them from that.
-the fact that the 2nd and 3rd shots were made AFTER Good was going away from the agent doesn't matter. In a quick-burst shooting, either NONE or ALL of the shots were justified.
-the shooting agent didn't render aid to Good, because, as the shooter, he couldn't potentially disrupt crime scene
-ICE's refusal to allow others to render aid was also based on policy of not corrupting crime scene
-maybe the best part...presenter has the Minneapolis Police Department call logs. They show that EMTs arrived to provide aid to Good six minutes after the shooting."
Thanks for the discussion.

Whatever - damage control. Again, your cover was blown when you, in your 'analysis' of this incident questioned the ability of ICE to perform a 'traffic violation'. That right there SHOWED (using you now use of Hank's style of emphasis), that you either had a lack of basic common sense or posing/trolling. And both are not exclusive.
Congratulations on exposing yourself to all. I am guessing you are a vestige of the old southern Dem party as well as an old hippie and yet to open your eyes to what the Dems now support and hold high.
