The fact that we are celebrating this is sad.

I saw a funny video this weekend of a guy with a rental car with a sticker on the dash that said he will be charged $6.50/g if the car is not brought back with a full tank. Then he panned up to show the gas price was around $6.75/g at that station. Funny to think that sticker was meant as a major deterrent when it was made.

I didn’t see cheaper gas prices anywhere around where I live. But it’s just under $4 anyway. Can’t complain too much given how others have it.

Congrats to all those who think they are getting a break after raising prices by three dollars or more. Just be happy and follow along.

Fun fact: the first out of Texas Buccee’s was supposed to be outside of Baton Rouge. After the Louisiana government shakedowns and extortions Buccee’s pulled out.

Louisiana government agencies cost the area untold tax revenue.

It’s actually a pretty cool story. Beaver Appleton was single father of 2 girls and he stopped at a gas station on a trip for them to use the bathroom and it was disgusting and he had an idea that people would drive out of the way for a gas station that had clean restrooms. He was able to buy land cheaper because it wasn’t on any on the main roads and turns out he was right people will drive 30 miles out of their way to go to a Buccees

$3.92 in Columbia, SC today. I guess the stations caved when Joe demanded that they lower their prices.

You sure about that? I guess you could swing it with Walmart brands and white bread...

Hell yeah I'm sure about it. $5.00 for the box, $4 for the milk, $2.00 for the bread.
