2. It seems these neighborhoods are always “the hood”. I have never seen an all or majority black neighborhood behave itself. I hear there maybe one in Beverly Hills. If a lot of black people are not seeing crime it is the result of the standards that whites choose to live by. Blacks do not “seem” to have these same standards. Even drug addled all white trailer parks don’t kill each other like the 9th Ward and North BR.

Start by not committing half the violent crimes in the country when you are only 13% of the population (and we are really talking about the male half of that and take another slice off because it is the young subset of that).
The leftist portion of the black population suggests nothing to reduce black crime. Whatever they may spout that I don't see never involves personal responsibility.
