I work with people from other countries and know people from old Soviet Bloc countries. They definitely know people and have family who have been killed over voting.

They are talking about “democracy”?! They spent four years trying to impeach a duly elected president. Four MORE years burying him with lawsuits, threating jail, bankruptcy and finally trying to kill him TWICE. They enacted a coup and installed a candidate that nobody voted for. And they are preaching to ME about democracy is at stake?!
