Personally I think we should open more of these Liberty Camps but on Alaska's Northern Coast
Allocate each prisone.. er.. camper 1200cal/day but serve it 'buffet style' and let the campers sort out distributing it fairly
While we won't provide winter clothing we'll allow them to bring whatever clothing they brought from Central and South America
At the end of their sentence just let them out of the front gate so they can walk south until they get home
