If the latter, I'm not sure how you missed her. She's in it. In at least a few of the angles.

None of that matters. The man chose to engage will law enforcement and fight with them, and he was armed.
He alone precipitated this and he paid with his life.
All he had to do was obey the ICE agent's commands and advise them he was carrying a gun, and he would still be sucking air.

Did they search him? No. They cant know he’s disarmed. Their training has them assume he has another firearm.
They know he had at least one gun (removed) and then reached for his holster.
That’s more than enough for an officer to justify a shoot.
