The Iraq-Iran conflict lasted from 1980 to 1988 and was really considered a draw. Iraq did not exert military dominance over Iran in any capacity. What you are talking about is the two conflicts with the US, in which George Bush (I) did not finish the job he stared and allowed Saddam to remain in power. The cuckhold NATO group and our weak administration caused the second war when they did not finish the first. It had nothing to do with nation building. If Iraq had be razed to rubble the first go around alot of the issues could have been solved and lives saved.

No, I don't realize that, because that is not a statement of reality.
The two actual wars with Iraq were won relatively easily. We got bogged down in almost a decade of nation building and security AFTER the second war.
He was talking about the Iran/Iraq War. Not Desert Storm and OIF.
