American media has been doing this for a long time, and they've really gone off the deep end in the past decade. Denying that is insulting to our intelligence.

They've cranked up the insanity in the past 4 years. There is nothing subtle about their agenda anymore.

Sure. But so does the non-mainstream media, much of which exists to publish anti-mainstream counter-propaganda.

So don't act like you're all morally superior.

Here’s the most shameful propaganda I’ve ever seen and it was just this week. Chris Cuomo blows his brother on national television to an absolute sickening degree. This cock sucking idiot praises his piece of shite brother and worst governor in America. The only way a “reporter” couldn’t get fired for this is if he works for propagandists. Prepare to get enraged: Twitter

Most telling is when CNN, MSNBC, ABC, etc etc all start using the same buzz words at the same time. Obviously all under direction of deep state democrats.

Reporters who refused to play along don't work for those outlets anymore - see Krystal Ball and Soledad O'Brien.

You're either an establishment mouthpiece or you have a YouTube podcast at a much lower salary.

Is it really propaganda if it’s from a media outlet and not the state?

Yes. If you ever bother studying history (I mean real history and not just propaganda) you will find that both the Communist and Nazi Parties had very active propaganda apparatuses during the Weimar Republic time despite the fact neither party was in power.

In fact, when Hitler joined the Nazis, which at the time was still named The German Workers Party, his first role before becoming the party leader was as head of propaganda. And both the Communists and Nazis has their own newspapers.

The communist paper was named Die Rote Fahne (The Red Flag)

Th Nazi Party had the Völkischer Beobachter (National Observer)

It fits the definition completely, but I always thought of propaganda being from the government, especially in wartime.

No. Propaganda is propaganda regardless if it comes from a government or a political party.

It's been that way forever, since their founding. The difference is that we have a whole cyberverse that checks everyone's facts and can disprove bullshite. This is only relatively recently true, and may soon no longer be true, if zealots take over the government.

Seems like quite the gamble for a temporary boost in ratings or viewership. In the long term I would assume they are driving away their base audience slowly but surely.

Probably. I don’t know how they survive otherwise though in the age of the internet. It’s why ESPN had to mostly ditch 24/7 highlights.

I’m not saying non-mainstream sources are any better. The difference, generally, is that you expect that from non-mainstream sources. They also don’t pretend to be unbiased.

Most of the outlets are simply the voice of the DNC. I'll bet soft money Is funneled to them.
