I disagree. There is not much wrong with the founding documents or the rest of your list. The problem is a lazy immoral citizenry. If we were largely moral, and well brought up, we would never vote for politicians who would fail us in this way. The result of a decayed citizenry is authoritarianism, and you see both Left and Right trending that way.

LINK here is the victim statement of Kurt haskell. He was on flight of the underwear bomber. From what he saw, he lost all faith in our government. He is sure the underwear bomber was a patsy. I think he retired and moved to Costa Rica afterwards.

The citizenry is not going to fix itself. The church taking an upper hand in governance is the only thing that will work at this point. The godly patriots here need to do a little reading from R.J. Rushdoony. He saw this coming years ago.

The big issue is that we let anyone with a warm body vote even if they are senile or retarded. People on welfare should not be allowed to vote. That's the opposite of the original rule of free white property owners and it has gone way too far.

I’ve seen several interview podcasts with High level Intelligence Departmend gurus.
They’ve said that there was a high level terrorist training program going on in multiple spots in the Middle East & Africa where they were training them for 6-9 months in very organized niches of skills per guy (ie. Specific bomb makers, with strategic plots.
And that they were FLOODING the southern border and was going to flood it y til Trump got a handle on it.
Then, the NEXT STEP:
Once the border is sealed up, then they start some small stuff and get the nation a little appetizer for some very strategic Israel/October 7th type of creativity in multiple major cities & strategically possible to hit some GRIDS & Logistics choke points for the country all at once.
And for all the “why do we need to address Venezuala”, CARACAS was the MAIN landing point onto our SHARED LAMDMASS & then walking thru the Southern Border.
So that’s what’s possibly in our future with some very high level terror attacks.
