BINGO.

What he’s really saying is that he wants the far left fricking whackjobs out in California and New York to control and run every aspect of every Kentuckian's life.

I don’t recall doing it for the 2020 election, however, for the 2016 election, I did the math and as I recall, if you took out Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York City, Trump won the popular vote. And, that’s with massive fricking voter fraud in all of those cities and across the country.

If we got rid of the electoral college, just think about how much MORE massive fricking voter fraud would go in all these leftist fricking enclaves with absolutely zero fricking oversight. Further, when you have a system where far left whackjob states refuse to put any fricking common sense voting security laws in effect, including basic voter ID, there is no fricking way any state that isn't anything more than one big leftist fricking insane asylum should ever fricking agree to this.

Oh it can absolutely be done, there’s no question about that. But it would take a constitutional amendment to do it, and that ain’t happening

They rabble rouse without bothering with the difficult details.

The civil war starts with this lunacy. How fricking stupid are these people? Do they not understand there would not be a United States without the EC. It would not have happened. And it won't happen. The good news is that they could NEVER get enough states to pass the Amendment.

the bad news is, what the hell is Kentucky doing with that moron?

You’re right, that’s exactly what they do. When convenient they simply ignore that pesky constitution because they know their ignorant base will eat it up, the vast majority of them have zero clue about what’s in the constitution.

Here’s the thing, the only reason the commies want to get rid of the EC is to gain power.

Gain power from the only people in their way. Conservatives with guns.

What re-tard. Smfh

Id actually look at moving to any state that had an EC setup for its own state elections.

I can hardly believe Walz got the nod. I was nearly certain that a Protestant white male would never again be on the national ticket.

Didn't some states attempt to pass laws awarding their state's electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote? Or at least float the idea out there?

Any White or Black male Democrat over 40 with a family, and a little common sense can’t give a good reason as to why they would vote for the same nonsense, outside of feelings and emotional pandering.

I’m for the opposite of popular vote. I say each state should get 1 vote.

It’s almost like that Walz is lying to himself and the American people for the chance of political and personal gain. The last 6 months have resembled a bad made for TV movie with all the answers laid out in front of you.

National Popular Vote Interstate Compact
quote:

The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) is an agreement among a group of U.S. states and the District of Columbia to award all their electoral votes to whichever presidential ticket wins the overall popular vote in the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The compact is designed to ensure that the candidate who receives the most votes nationwide is elected president, and it would come into effect only when it would guarantee that outcome

Interstate compact
quote:

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
