So, at the signing ceremony for those two bills Willie's remarks included his commitment to overturn the bills in his second term. Clinton was always known for both favoring and opposing bills in order to fool voters. "I hate this bill but I'm going to sign it into law but I promise I will work to have it overturned."
But now you're claiming Slick Willie gets credit for shrinking the number of Fed employees???

Not to mention they have not done anything on the 2nd Amendment front, hell the DOJ is still pursuing a lawsuit against GOA the Biden assholes started. Trump said the policy would be dead his first week in office, we are 350+ days since then.
