I've got some discouraging news for you due to last night's results, then.

But who knows, maybe Jeff will surprise some of us in the end. That's what I'm hoping for. At least it won't be another leftist in the Governor's mansion. We'll see what happens.

His words typically say yes. His actions have given mixed signals.

He'll at least be more pro oil & gas then Shawn Wilson, so there's that.

LA Democrats this morning:
"OMG our state is so screwed"

I think they knew what was coming. Democratic turnout was abysmal. Shawn Wilson had less than 100,000 votes combined in EBR and Orleans Parish. JBE had over 100,000 in each parish in 2019 primary.

They lost ERIC's real time voter data, they can't fill out ballots for all the automatically registered voters who don't vote.

That is true. The majorityof Louisiana is uneducated, poor, and stupid, which is why we place last in every metric. Naturally, you and your ilk that keep us in the cellar care more about issues that don’t exist in Louisiana like trans athletes than you do about creating jobs, so you voted for the pied piper of mouthbreathers who lines his pockets with the money of ambulance chasers.

That said I hope he proves me wrong but I think he’s going to spend his entire tenure blasting slogans rather than actually helping generate and protect industry.

please elaborate. Why would anyone ( not in the pockets of Big oil and gas) support this? This is the exact opposite of what I would want a governor to do. Please help me understand the value in this , and who it would ultimately benefit. Honest question.

Such a dumbass. Heres the specific stats on the midterms
quote:

Overall, 91% of Trump's candidates won their open primaries, and 4 of 10 challengers topped incumbents. His picks fared poorly only in Georgia

99% on incumbents
91% on open seats

GA has proven to be a full on RINO red state is the only place he did poorly, bceause the RINOs worked with the DIMs to beat him. And still are
