What right does any news agency or individual of a news agency have to be in the White House press pool? What requirement is there that the White House even has to have a press pool? I understand it’s bad optics if there isn’t one, but I don’t understand how someone can sue in this case.

If the judge rules against Trump, then they should quit having White House press briefings, therefore putting all of the reporters that cover the White House out of work. Then have his press secretary "tweet" out the good things that the President did that day. Winning!!!!!

I say sandwich Acosta between Alex Jones and Mark Dice.
Or I say he simply stop all press conferences and briefings. Just issue written statements and never answer a single question. And make it very clear to everyone that the reason they can’t ask any questions is because Acosta is still there. They might act indignant for a short while, but they’ll turn on Acosta eventually.

Um, how about ignore the judges' ruling completely (see:Barak Hussein Obama)....
This judge doesn't have the authority to make this decision.

How on fricking Earth can ANY rational person argue that having a press pass is a 1st Amendment right?
If it is, I demand mine.
If it is, I demand mine.

Yeah, who exactly would enforce the president being compelled to allow Acosta in the White House?

I don't think the White House has the balls to do it, but if that happens they should move him to the very back and simply not call on him. Start and assigned seating area (if that doesn't already exist).
Just move CBN News o the front

I'm still trying to figure out how this wasn't dismissed immediately.
CNN and Jimmy Boy have no legal right to attend white house press conferences.
Nobody has that right.

What if Acosta is forced back in the WH and Trump never takes his questions?
Will a judge rule that the President must call on Jim Acosta at every press conference lol?

This. I would disband the press pool completely.
It's patently absurd that the press pool is a completely optional thing, a service/privileged that the WH provides, yet somehow they can't be legally in charge of who attends it?
It's like throwing a party at your house and being legally required to invite certain people.
I'd disband the whole thing.

Put Infowars in the front row while bouncing CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS to the back.
Thanks to Twitter, they need him more than he needs them.

If the judge rules in favor of CNN, Trump should expand the presspool to 200 organizations, and watch CNN sue (again) to deny press passes to their competitors.
That's slick!
