What about the reckless endangerment charge?

How will the Jury square that when the Government is charging him as an adult? Jurors will be all over that when they vote Not Guilty after this circus of a trial.

Nick is shitting all over that and that picture with them all armed and Sal there smiling with them creates strong ground for Sal to be facing perjury.

They were joking that Sal and Sam are looking into moving to Antigua.

Maybe he is a true American who doesn't want the country to become a communist republic. Believe it or not, there really are Americans who love this country and will protect it at all costs.

What strikes me about this car owner situation is that the mob has been burning down businesses including one of his. Clearly the police was not getting the job done. So clearly Sam perjured himself but there should be nothing wrong with defending his business. He should not have had to perjure himself and not sure why he did.

Crowd was only 150-250 people in a town of Kenosha's size. Even a small number of people can do a huge amount of damage if no one stops them...why didn't the police stop them?

So the prosecution has just laid out a path where they asked if Nick was wearing body armor because he was worried about getting shot, to which he (of course) agrees.

I don't see what their strategery here is in underscoring this was a dangerous enough environment were at least body armor was desired. It's not a big step from "body armor for defense" to "firearm for defense".

I have a fire extinguisher in the pantry. I've never needed it but it's cheap insurance.

I have nothing against that family and them protecting their livelihood at all costs.

The reason they did that is because an idiot died on their property. If Kyle is found guilty they will be found liable. All they were doing is trying to distance themselves from that one event.

I think it is very sad that they have to even do that. This used to be America and people used to be able to protect what little they have. Not anymore

Kyle didn’t use his gun to protect the building. He used it to protect himself.

A week later I still want to punch this ADA in the mouth just because of his hair.

Him being smarmy as hell just adds to it.

Hate to break it to you, but there's a shite load of 18 year olds that wear body armor every day to protect this country. I own body armor, lots of it in fact. I'm 34. Does my age matter?

lots of legal trouble if he admits to hiring "militia" to guard his lots.
