This is more blatant than what the DA in Durham did.
He let the stripper pick several random lacrosse members out of a book, he didn’t keep asking her to name specific ones then amend her statement.

Defense presented a witness with lots of photos showing what led up to the final shooting. Questioning ended with the witness telling the defense that he saw Lefty pointing his gun at Kyle who was on the ground.
Prosecution came out and has basically flubbed up his questioning and now is visibly frustrated that the questions he is asking are not going the way he thought they would.
