judge only brought that up because prosecutor was trying to introduce evidence based on something a legal talking head on CNN said. hence, the beatdown by the judge.

This witness' demeanor gives off a definite "does not give a crap" vibe with his facial expressions with answering these dumb questions. The fact he's not wearing a tie really bothers me though.

If he deposed these people before the trial and knew they were going to say this, he shouldn’t have called them as prosecution witnesses.
